How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, then submit the inquiry form on the checkout page. We will confirm availability and pricing via WhatsApp or email, usually within a few hours. Once confirmed, we arrange payment and dispatch.
Do you accept online payment?
Currently, all orders are processed as inquiries. Payment is arranged directly after confirmation — we accept bank transfer, cash on delivery (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), and can arrange other methods. Stripe, Telr, and PayPal integration is coming soon.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all UAE emirates. Delivery times vary by location — Dubai and Abu Dhabi typically 1–2 working days; other emirates 2–3 working days. GCC and international shipping is available on request.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost is calculated based on order size and destination. We provide delivery cost in the order confirmation. Orders above AED 500 may qualify for free delivery within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Can I get a formal quotation for my company?
Yes. Email shop@proavl.me with your company name, required products, and quantities. We will issue a formal quotation with our company details, product specs, and pricing within 24 hours.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unopened packaging. See our full Warranty & Returns policy for details.
Do the products come with warranty?
Yes. All products carry a minimum 6-month warranty from ProAVL Shop. Some products carry longer manufacturer warranties — this is noted on the product page.
Are your products compatible with Dubai/UAE power supply?
All AC-powered products in our catalogue are rated 100–240V AC, making them suitable for UAE mains power (220–240V). DC products (USB-C, 12V, 24V) work with standard UAE adapters.
Can you source products not listed on the website?
Yes — this is one of our strengths. If you need an AV accessory that is not in our catalogue, contact us via WhatsApp with the product details and we will check availability through our supplier network.
Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?
Yes. Rental companies, AV integrators, and event production companies can request trade pricing. Email shop@proavl.me with your company details and typical order volumes.
