We stand behind the products we sell. Our policy is straightforward — if something is genuinely defective, we will fix it.

Product Warranty

All products sold by ProAVL Shop carry a minimum 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, or use outside the product's rated specifications.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unopened packaging
  • Item has not been installed, used, or modified
  • Original receipt or order confirmation is provided
  • Returns are not accepted for custom orders or items ordered on request
  • Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of installation or use

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item, via the same payment method used for purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Claim

  1. 1Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the applicable period (7 days for returns, within warranty period for claims).
  2. 2Provide your order confirmation number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue (or "unused return" for standard returns).
  3. 3For warranty claims, send photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
  4. 4We will confirm the return/claim and arrange collection or guide you through sending the item back.

Important: Do not return items without contacting us first. Unrequested returns cannot be processed and will be returned to sender.
