1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ProAVL Shop website (shop.proavl.me) and the purchase of products from ProAVL. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our website or place orders.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices may not include 5% UAE VAT unless explicitly stated. VAT is added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Orders are charged at the price confirmed at order acceptance.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock unavailability or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. ProAVL does not store card details. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition. See our Warranty and Returns policy for full details. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
7. Warranties
All products are covered by a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or use outside rated specifications.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of ProAVL or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ProAVL's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
